This version has no application forms, analytics scripts, advertising pixels or payment fields. It uses no application cookies or local storage. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Do not send health information to course marketing channels. Clinical records belong in the host clinic's authorised systems.
The TRIGGERED email list is operated by Dr. Jason Chhina using the mailing-list service provided by Web Hosting Canada. We use your email address and subscription status to send the course news and workshop announcements you request. Signup requires your consent, confirmation by email and approval by our team. Subscriber addresses are visible only to the list administrator; this is an announcement list, not a discussion group.
You can unsubscribe or manage your subscription at any time. For questions about your subscription or to request removal of your information, email triggered@drjchhina.ca. Joining this list does not register you for a course. A separate registration privacy notice will be provided before workshop registration opens.
Educational terms
Content is educational and does not provide individual medical advice. The coursebook does not replace supervised hands-on training. Clinicians remain responsible for their scope, professional obligations and clinical decisions. Completion and attendance documents do not confer procedural privileges.
Workshop terms in preparation
Date, location, final fees, applicable taxes, eligibility verification, cancellation, transfer and refund terms will be disclosed before booking. No payment or booking is available on this site. The pilot is unaccredited and no CPD credits are advertised.
Clinical participation depends on patient need, consent and readiness. Patient availability and a live procedure are not guaranteed. Simulation forms part of every learner's course.
Accessibility
The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, text resizing and reduced motion preferences. Event accessibility arrangements and a contact channel for accommodation requests will be published before registration opens.
Copyright and use
Course materials will have an explicit learner licence at release. Third-party resources remain subject to their owners' terms. No rights to third-party clinical checklists or illustrations are transferred by this site.
