Privacy policy · Updated September 27, 2026

Your privacy.

This policy explains how this information website relates to your privacy. Your clinic records and the information you share through the booking system are handled separately from these webpages.

What this website does

You can use this site to find clinic details, prepare for a visit and learn about TRIGGERED. It does not have a patient account, contact form or medical-record upload feature.

For privacy questions, call your clinic and ask for the person responsible for privacy: Rock Point at 604-702-1900, or Dr. Chhina’s practice at Sunrise Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine at 604-799-3943.

Booking and patient records

The online booking link takes you to Cortico, a separate service used by the practice for booking and reminders. Information entered there goes through that service, rather than a form on this website. Please read the privacy information provided by Cortico when using it.

To update your contact details, discuss reminder preferences or send medical records, contact your clinic. The clinic can explain how to share information securely.

Cookies and external links

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Cortico, maps, Medimap and other clinic websites are linked rather than embedded. Their privacy practices apply when you choose to visit them.

Loading a webpage sends technical information, including your IP address and the requested page, to the server that provides it.

Questions about your clinical records

The clinic that holds your records can answer questions about how they are stored, used, retained and shared. If you think information was sent to the wrong place or accessed without permission, contact the clinic’s privacy contact promptly.

Access, corrections and concerns

BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies to private-sector organizations in British Columbia. It gives you rights to request access to your personal information and ask for corrections, subject to the Act.

Contact the clinic that holds your information for its written request process. The clinic may need to verify your identity before releasing records. The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC can also explain your privacy rights and how to raise a concern.

Policy updates

The date above identifies this version of the policy. It will be updated when the website’s services or information-handling practices change.
