Build alongside an operating medical clinic with a full-time doctor and one nurse. The practice sees approximately 40–50 patients daily, including many people managing chronic conditions and taking multiple medications.

Cost sharing, with terms to be discussed
We’re seeking a combined agreement to share premises costs and other agreed operating expenses. Costs, responsibilities and contract terms will be discussed directly with the prospective operator.

The former pharmacy area retains a sink and attached cabinetry. Pharmacy counters and dispensing fixtures are not included. The surrounding clinic is already built out; the incoming operator will arrange the pharmacy fit-out and required approvals before opening.
Who we’re looking for
You must hold a full pharmacist licence with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, or partner with someone who does. We welcome pharmacists starting their own business and existing owners considering another location.
This is a new owner-operator location opportunity. Clinic attendance figures describe the medical practice and do not represent guaranteed pharmacy customers or prescription volume.
